78 St James's Street is situated in a traditional high-end business district in London, surrounded by many luxury shops, private clubs and centuries-old buildings. JMK Technology fully respected the architectural characteristics of the area in the design scheme, and chose 3000K warm-tone high-colour-rendering LED fixtures, which not only retained the classical flavour of the historic building, but also enhanced the night-time appearance through precise light distribution control. The façade has a sense of hierarchy.

JMK's patented "no-glare" recessed spotlight system is used to ensure sufficient illumination while completely eliminating light pollution, giving the building a museum-quality artistic

 lighting effect at night.
